Sophia Mae Kuck's Obituary
Mrs. Sophia Mae Kuck, age 85, passed away at home on January 4, 2014. She was born on May 10, 1928 to Walter and Lottie (Keck) Faltinowski in Kinde, MI. She was a member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church. She enjoyed working in her garden, cooking, embroidering and cleaning. On May 14, 1952 she married Thomas Kuck and he preceded her in death. SURVIVORS include 5 daughters, Debra (Ronald) Arnson, Barbara (the late, Dennis) Miller, Sandra (“Buzz”) Dick, Pamela Beegle and Brenda (Jim) Hutchison; 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 brother and 2 sisters. She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Dennis Miller and granddaughter, Andrea Mura. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held 11:30AM, January 8, 2014 at Marian Chapel of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Philip P. Salmonowicz presiding. VISITATION with the family will be Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home. The Rosary will be prayed at 6PM Tuesday evening. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery at a later date. A Celebration of Life will be held after Mass in Shepherds Hall.
