Stacey Marie Williams' Obituary
Stacey Marie “Dizzy” Williams, age 65, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025 at the Poppen Residence of Harbor Hospice. Stacey was born November 14, 1960 in Muskegon to Samuel D. and Patricia A. (Carney) Williams and lived all of her life in the area. She worked as an LPN for Hackley and Mercy Hospitals and later worked at Roosevelt Park Nursing Home. Stacey was a member of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and had volunteered for the Four Seasons Kateri Circle for Native American Ministry. She was also active with the North Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses where she was baptized in 2022 and had volunteered in the Field Ministry. She was an animal lover – especially her cat “Boozhoo”. Survivors include her mother, Pat Williams; 1 brother, Damon Williams; 2 sisters, Patti Wlodkowski, Norma Vanduzen, nephew Dakota Wlodkowski and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Sam Williams; 1 sister, Desiree Rose; 1 nephew, Aaron Wlodkowski; and her fiance, John Wright. Bob Sharlow from the Lac Courte Oreille Ojibwe band has conducted the private Tribal Ceremony. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, December 5, 2025 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444, with Speaker Jimmy Williams from the North Kingdom Hall officiating.
