Stephanie Dawn Bacheller's Obituary
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give rest.” Matthew 11:28. Great sadness comes upon us now along with the calm of knowing Stephanie is resting peacefully in Heaven, free of all the worldly burdens that were placed upon her. Stephanie Dawn Bacheller was born November 25, 1987 in Muskegon and passed away October 6, 2011 surrounded by her family. Stephanie was 2005 graduate of Muskegon High School, and attended Muskegon Community College. She loved to volunteer and did so for many organizations such as the Lakeside Neighborhood Association, Muskegon Summer Celebration, Kids and Cops, Relay for Life, Muskegon Police Department’s Fishing Derby, and Every Woman’s Place. She was a member of the Holland Seventh Day Adventist Church, and a former Honorary Queen of Job’s Daughters, Bethel #26. She leaves behind family and friends that love her now and always. Her parents, Gordon and Judy Bacheller; sisters, Shawn (Bob) Goff, and Amy Bergren; Brother, Michael (Lindsey) King; grandparents, Leo (Bertha) Bacheller and Ruth Eek; nieces and nephews, Brianna Goff, Robert Goff, and Logan Bergren; along with many favorite aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; a very special friend, Kim Yonker; a longtime special relationship with a childhood teacher, Jan Hylland (and her family) which Stephanie and her family have great love for. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bill Eek, and grandmother, Ann Bacheller. THE FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 2691 S. Harvey 231-798-1100 with Pastors Craig Harris and Gene Hall co-officiating. VISITATION will be Monday from 6-8 PM and one hour prior to the service (10-11 AM) on Tuesday at the funeral home. INTERMENT will be in Oakgrove Cemetery in Croton Twp.
