Steve was a regular of mine at The Breakers Palm Beach. The moment he stepped in I knew it was going to be a fun night. The light and energy he brought into a room was undeniable. He couldn't sit next to someone for more than 2 minutes without being a new friend to them. He's one of the most genuine, caring, engaging, kind hearted, down to earth people I've ever met in my life. I know he will be so missed by so many people. Steve was truly one of a kind. He carried a larger-than-life presence—joyful, magnetic, impossible to miss—but it was the quiet moments with him that I cherished the most. Those moments when he’d speak with such genuine appreciation for the people in his life… that was when you could feel the depth of his heart.

He had a kindness that wasn’t loud or performative—it was steady, instinctive, and real. No one was ever a stranger twice with Steve. He had a way of seeing people, of making them feel welcome, important, and at ease. And if you needed anything—absolutely anything—he’d go to the ends of the earth without a second thought. His generosity didn’t have limits, and his loyalty was something rare and unmatched.

Losing him so suddenly feels unreal, and the space he filled in this world is one that simply can’t be replaced. I will miss him dearly—his laughter, his sincerity, his fierce loyalty, and the warmth he brought into every room and every relationship.

I’m grateful to have known him, to have called him a friend, and to carry his memory forward with love.
