Mr. Steven Jay UpDyke Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Steven Jay Updyke, Sr., age 53, passed away March 5, 2014. Born February 7, 1961, Steve served in the U.S. Army. Steve loved working on appliances and was a hard worker his entire life. His favorite thing to do was spend time with his family and friends. He always made sure no one went hungry. Steve’s SURVIVORS include his wife, Linda; son, Steven Jay Updyke, Jr.; daughter, Brooke Updyke; 5 grandchildren, Nickolas Landis, Adriyana Tuttle, Evin Tuttle, Ryker Reigler and Koltyn UpDyke ; mother; Katherine Updyke; brothers, Harley Updyke, Lyman Updyke Jr., and William (Tammy) Updyke; sister, Brenda Stidham; sister-in-law, Theresa (Tim) Stressman; many nieces and nephews; and best friend, Tom (Kim) Riley. He was preceded in death by his father, Lyman Updyke, Sr. A MEMORIAL LUNCHEON will be held 3-6 PM Sunday, March 9, 2014 at his home at 5343 Apple Avenue.
