Susan Ann Tindall's Obituary
With hearts full of love and gratitude, we share that Susan Ann Tindall, age 69, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones, and entered eternal life with the Lord.
She was born on September 20, 1956, to Joseph and Wilma Arlene (Maynard) Alderink. In 1974 she graduated from Orchard View High School. After high school, she married the love of her life, Gary Tindall, and together they spent 50 years creating a life filled with faith, family, and cherished memories.
Susan was a devoted mother to four children and truly a mother to many more. She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren, who were the joy of her life. Her life reflected Christ’s love through her actions—always caring, always giving, and always the first to step in when someone needed help. Whether planning a celebration, supporting a family through a difficult time, or quietly serving behind the scenes, she gave selflessly and without hesitation. When she wasn’t helping others, she could be found tending her flower gardens, enjoying the beach, or cheering on her grandchildren at their games. Her faith, compassion, and generous spirit will live on in all whose lives she touched.
She is survived by her loving husband, Gary; her four children, Scott Tindall, Tim (Brandi) Tindall, Jennie (Steve) Hahn, and Angela (Rick) Spychalla; her nine grandchildren, Tyler, Grace, Kate, Aria, Charlie, Lauren, Lucy, Henry, and Abigail; her siblings, Tom (Deb) Alderink, Jim (Jean) Alderink, Shelly (Mike) Yonker, Larry (Kristi) Alderink, Denise (Tony) Daves, Terise (Bruce) Middlecamp, Chris (Dave) Dowker, Joe (Corrine) Alderink, and Mindy (Jon) Prause; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Arlene Alderink; and her parents-in-law, Vernon and Janet Tindall.
Memorial contributions may be made to Harbor Hospice.
