To the Bohland family,
My Aunt Sue was one of the nicest people that I ever knew. Muskegon in the summer was a second home to me. And I loved to celebrate Christmas at Grandma Mabel's and the Bohland home. I don't believe I ever heard Aunt Sue complain about anything. She was a kind Aunt and always made me feel welcome; especially when I would deliberately not go back to Grand Rapids after my parents came to pick me up. She loved all her children and I can remember her getting very nervous when she would hear sirens at Pere Marquette Park. She would at times share her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ with me. I look forward to catching up on old times when I meet her in heaven.
Time, like an ever rolling stream,
Bears all its sons away;
They fly, forgotten, as a dream
Dies at the opening day.
Our God, our help in ages past,
Our hope for years to come,
Be Thou our guard while life shall last,
And our eternal home.
