Suzanne M. Drent's Obituary
Suzanne M. Drent, age 73, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017. She was born on January 28, 1944 to Bernerd and Pearl (Stafford) Hurd in Muskegon. Suzanne worked as a Pharmaceutical Technician for Mercy Hospital for 27 years until her retirement in 1997. On April 30, 1970 she married Edward N. Drent and they spent many happy years together until his passing in January of 2000. She is survived by her daughters, Diane (Robert) Dillman, Lynann Wilde, Ladonna (Steve) Pett; grandchildren, Angelia, Bethany, Jake, Mark, Becky; great-grandchildren, Bryce, Brayden and Maddie. She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Edward; siblings, Darren Hurd, Arlene Anderson, Cheryl Cain; and son-in-law, Timothy Wilde. A private family service will take place at a later date. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to The Sytsema Chapel, 737 E. Apple Ave (231)726-5210.
