Taylor A. Quinn's Obituary
Nuclear Machinists Mate 2nd Class Taylor A. Quinn, age 23, passed away in a motorcycle accident Saturday, August 4, 2018 in Virginia. He was born July 16, 1995 in Muskegon to Lon and Angel (Erb) Quinn. Taylor was a 2013 graduate of Whitehall High School. Following graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served on the U.S.S. Harry S. Truman CVN-75 for the past 2 years. Taylor had a wonderful sense of humor and was always happy and smiling. He enjoyed shooting guns, being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and was a car enthusiast. He was a genuine person and a true friend to many. SURVIVORS include his parents: Lon and Angel Quinn of Whitehall; brother, Ryan (Shelby) Quinn of Newport News, VA; sister, Angel of Whitehall; grandfather, Carl (Linda) Quinn of Muskegon; grandparents, Arnold (Susan) Erb of Whitehall; aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Peggy Quinn. A CELEBRATION OF TAYLOR’S LIFE will be held 1:00 PM Monday, August 13, 2018 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100 with full Military Honors. VISITATION with the family will be from 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Sunday, August 12, 2018.
