I had the pleasure of knowing Terry pretty much my whole life as he was my brother-in-law. Terry used to scare the dickens out of me as a little girl. He seemed like a big giant with a big loud voice. I realized as an adult just what all that meant. Those big words were words of knowledge and life lessons, there was no black and white with him. When Terry talked you listened. Smart man I actually enjoyed it when I could actually hold an intelligent conversation with him. He may not of thought so but I did.
When I think of the legacy Terry left behind I look at his family and what he created. Mark you have nothing left to learn . Take that knowledge with you always. You had the best example of a father. Kim you represent the power and strength I remember in your dad. Tough strong and brave. You gave him the greatest gift in life with Christopher even having him on his birthday. What a gift. They are together in heaven have comfort in that. Miss Emma his granddaughter, one conversation with this girl and you see that same wisdom and knowledge as her grandfather. She is going places watch out for that girl. My beautiful sister Merilee… you and Terry were so different, Terry so strong and powerful and then you lol, so funny and not so serious all the time like him. You were the glue that keep it together… let’s say the balance in the family. I always admired your marriage. Terry was the perfect example of what a man should be. Rest In Peace Terry. I can just hear you saying to Gloria and I “ she is all yours” we got her!!!!
