Teresa M. DeMars' Obituary
Mrs. Teresa DeMars, age 60, left her pain behind on August 19, 2009 after a long illness. She was born in Manistique, MI on July 26, 1949 and has lived most her adult life in the Montague and Muskegon areas. Before her illness, Teresa enjoyed bingo, yard sales, rides out to Lake Michigan and playing games with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Roger Heck, Sr.; 2 step-sons, Roger, Jr. “Jay” and James Heck. She is survived by her soul mate, Jeffrey Johnson; children, Doretha Coleman, Cleon Nulf and Jon Kroll; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; sister-in-law, Carole Heck; stepchildren, Donald Heck, Carol Wells, Fred Heck; David Heck; Joyce Yawl; several step-grand and great grandchildren; brothers, Clifford, Earl and Eric; sister, Gloria and several nieces, nephews and friends; special “brother”, Randy Johnson. According to her wishes cremation has taken place.
