Terrance J. "Terry" Daniels' Obituary
Mr. Terrance “Terry” Daniels, age 73, died Saturday, September 3, 2011 at his home. He was born April 19, 1938 in Muskegon to John and Rose (Strieder) Daniels, and resided in the area all of his life. Terry was a Veteran of the US Army, and worked as a machinist in the Muskegon area, before retiring in 1992. Terry enjoyed spending time restoring cars, had a wonderful sense of humor, and loved spending time with his family. On December 19, 1984, he married the former Cheryl Barber, and she survives him along with his two sons, Danny (Lonnie) Daniels and David Daniels both of Muskegon, children of Terry’s first wife, Shirley Hoffman. He admired and loved his 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Janice (Bob) Johnson of South Carolina and Diann Robinson of Three Rivers, MI; father-in-law, Ronald (Cheryl) Hopkins; his cherished 9 nieces and nephews and 7 great nieces and nephews; and special companions, Cinnamon and Jerald. Terry will also be missed by many respected aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law, Judy Hopkins; and beloved companion, Callie. The MEMORIAL GATHERING will be from 1-3PM Saturday, September 10, 2011 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 with the time of sharing beginning at 1:30PM.
