Terri Ann Chan's Obituary
Mrs. Terri Ann Chan, 55, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday evening, April 7, 2015, at her home. She was born November 5, 1959 to Ernest and Bernice (Terry) Manie in Muskegon, and except for a few years in Detroit she resided in the Muskegon area. Terri enjoyed being a collector, going camping, and loving on her dogs. She married Larry Chan on September 30, 1978, and he survives her along with 2 children, Josh (& wife Season) Chan, Terra (& husband Erik) Ross; 5 grandchildren, Ryder and Rowan Chan, Maddie, Jayden and Nolan Ross; her father and step-mother, Ernest and Gayle Manie; 1 brother, Robert (Cindy) Manie; 2 sisters, Debbie (Bob) Bennett, Kathy Larsen; her in-laws, Jim and Kim Chan. A service celebrating Terri’s life will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 14, at Fellowship Reformed Church, 4200 Apple Ave., with Rev. Mike VanKampen officiating. Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 13, from 5-7 PM at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100.
