Terry Lee Posthumus' Obituary
Terry L. Posthumus, age 66, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2025, in Spring Lake, MI. He was born to Ronald and Janet (Reed) Posthumus on May 13, 1959, in Muskegon MI. Terry married the love of his life, Jane M. McGonigle, in 1982 at Edgewood Lutheran Church. He was known for his bowling, softball, playing games and doing puzzles but most of all enjoyed being at every one of his grandkid's games. He is survived in death by his wife: Jane Posthumus; children: Michael Posthumus, Nicholas (Shawn) Posthumus, Stacey (Bobby Gardener) Howe; grandchildren: Michael Jr., Ashlynn, Ronald, Richard, Jessica, Steven, Seleana; great grandchildren: Serenity, Sophia; sisters: Debbie (Mike) Wilson, Diana Gordon, Joanne (John) Yates along with many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents: Ronald and Janet Posthumus and brother-in-law: Terry Gordon. VISITATION will be Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St. Norton Shores, MI. 49444 with a MEMORIAL SERVICE following at 11:00 AM.
