Mr. Terry V. VerHulst's Obituary
Mr. Terry V. VerHulst, age 56, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013. He was born June 10, 1956 in Muskegon to LaVern and Beverly (Murphy) VerHulst. Terry worked 25 years at Fleet Engineers in Muskegon before moving to Florida in 2003, where he was involved in Dealership Auctions. He loved traveling and going on long rides and spending time with family. Although he had no children of his own, he did raise three of his nieces and nephews, Kimberly VerHulst, Adrienne VerHulst, and Russell VerHulst. SURVIVORS include his brother, Durron “Ronnie” (Leta) VerHulst of Arlington, TX; 2 sisters, Linda (Charles) Westbrook of Rothbury, MI, Patti (Lawrence) Conrad of Montague, MI; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, LaVern VerHulst, Jr.; and 2 sisters, Pam Westerlund and Betty Lillie. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 2:00 PM Friday, January 11, 2013 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100 with Rev. John H. Brown officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to the American Lung Association will be appreciated.
