Mrs. Thelma Jane (Nelund)Rose 's Obituary
Mrs. Thelma J. (Nelund) Rose, age 85, passed away March 28, 2012. She was born in Bluffton, Indiana on May 6, 1926 to Harold and Rosetta (Jones) Bailey. Thelma has lived in Muskegon most of her life. She worked in grocery and food service, most recently at Gordon Foods. Thelma was a member of Black Creek Bible Church. She is survived by her husband, Donald Rose; daughters, Gloria Colwell, Norma Steele, Susan (James) Griffith, Debra (Kevin) Allison; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; step-children, Mary (Chuck) Gifford, Sandy (Mike) Wernstrom and Adam Rose; brother, Dick Betz; sisters, Geraldine Kinzie, Lois Pence. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Raymond E. Nelund; and seven siblings. The FUNERAL SERVICE for Thelma will be 11 AM Saturday, March 31, 2012 at
