Thomas Lyman Peliotes' Obituary
Mr. Thomas Lyman Peliotes, age 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 in Muskegon, Michigan with his family by his side. He was born in Muskegon on August 4, 1949 to Frank and Maxine (Wilson) Peliotes. Tom was a veteran of the United States Marines and served in the Vietnam War. He dedicated his entire 55-year career at Durda’s D-Auto, never missing a day of work, prior to his retirement this past December. He enjoyed skiing, jogging, spending time at the beach, and had an extreme love of animals. On June 12, 1970, Tom married the former Claudia J. Brondyk in Muskegon and she survives him along with their daughters, Tracy (Richard) Paugh and Theresa (Tim) Price; grandchildren, Samantha (Jay) Otto, Seth (Madison) Sawyer, Emery Price, Emily Price, Connor Paugh, and Cade Paugh; sisters, Patricia Durda and Susan Price; brother, Robert Peliotes; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John Peliotes and James Peliotes; and brothers-in-law, Matthew Durda and Ervin Price. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
