Thomas Boyd Slamkowski's Obituary
On August 2, 2021, Thomas passed away after a lengthy illness. He was a well known owner of Ski’s Body Shop and a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, the former Patricia Hopkins, three children: Bob and Mary Slamkowski of Montague, Lisa Slamkowski of Spring Lake, Walter Slamkowski of Fruitport; sisters, Beth and Rich Berkheiser of Florida, Tami and Eddie Davis of Mississippi; brothers, Mike and Pat French of Muskegon, Dan French of Kalamazoo; and brother-in-law, Robert Schalow of Florida. Four grandsons; one granddaughter, and three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his loving fur babies, Abby and Coco. Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Lois French, step-father, Vern French, and father, Walter Slamkowski; brother, Gerald; sister, Sharon Schalow.
