Dear Bruce (and Family)

I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I hope my sister Elvie gave you a big hug for me. I know she told you we just lost our dad, but we have already been grieving for almost the 2 1/2 years that he was in Brookhaven. The Lord finally decided he no longer had to suffer at age 83. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. The Lord must have thought your dad did what he could here on earth and needed him in heaven, to take him at such an early age. Take care and maybe I will see you at an Art Fair this summer. Harvey and I were saddened to hear about Tom. It seems like just yesterday that he helped with my Mom's funeral but it has been several years. We have only been to Muskegon a couple of time since. Distance has prevented us from seeing many of our friends and relatives. Dear Barb and family,

We were saddened to learn yesterday afternoon of Tom's sudden Homegoing. He had a big heart and a sweet spirit, and I very much enjoyed working him a few years ago when I was involved with GGF Regions 9 & 10.

Barb,
When Ric and I first met you and Tom our lives were blessed. Its nice to live next door to a pastor and his wife, kinda makes you think about GOD a little more often. I remember one time Tim & Jess were over with Mariana (before Jaydin was born) and was out of baby food (but you didn't know it) and as we were taking the baby for a walk (then discussing going to the store)Tom and you called us over and asked us if we could use some baby food (your grand son didn't care for it), anyway, it was one of the times of witnesseing to Tim & Jess how God works in misterious ways. Our hearts are broken and I can't imagine how sad you must be, but GOD has a new direction for you now and please know that everyone who knows you feels blessed.
