Thomas Alvin Boucher's Obituary
Mr. Thomas Alvin Boucher, age 61, died early Monday morning, August 30, 2004 in Ann Arbor, MI. He was born March 13, 1943 in Forest Park, IL to Alvin and Dolores (Chandonnet) Boucher, came to Muskegon in 1945, and moved to Pine Island, FL in late 2001. Mr. Boucher was a Certified Health Care Business Planner for Professional Management and the Rehmann Group for 37 years, before retiring in 2000. He was a member of the Elks and the Moose Lodge of Pine Island, FL. Mr. Boucher also enjoyed boating, golfing, fishing for the big fish, and woodworking. SURVIVORS include 4 children, Scott (Theresa) Boucher of Muskegon, Kevin (Julie) Boucher of Norton Shores, Todd Boucher of Muskegon, Donelle (Kurt) Johnson of Scottsdale, AZ; 12 grandchildren; parents, Alvin and Dolores Boucher; 2 sisters, Charmaine Boucher of San Bernadino, CA, Michelle (Charles “Chuck”) Fialek of Newaygo, MI; 4 nephews; and many, many, friends. He is also survived by his special companion, Pam “Morty” Morton. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Friday at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc.1547 W. Sherman Blvd.(231) 759-8565 with the Rev. Fr. Michael Olson officiating. VISITATION with the family will be from 6-9 PM Thursday with a scripture service held at 6:00 PM. There will also be visitation one hour prior to the service Friday morning.
