Timothy James Gorajec's Obituary
Timothy J. Gorajec, age 69, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023. He was born November 4, 1953 in Muskegon to Casimir and Emily (Swift) Gorajec. He lived and worked over 30 years in Pascagoula, Mississippi before moving back to the Muskegon area in 2012. Tim worked as an electrician at the Huntington Ingalls shipyard for over 30 years prior to his retirement. While there, he had been very active in the Union, also acting as Union Steward. He enjoyed electronics, computers, cars, traveling, was an amateur photographer, and an avid Muskegon Catholic Central Crusader fan. SURVIVORS include his sisters: Cindy Schofield and Marjorie Gorajec; nephews: Matthew Schofield and Adam (Tracy) Schofield and their family, Brighton (Brooke) Schofield, Payton and Copeland Schofield. Tim was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Gorajec. Private family services will be held for Tim.
