Timothy A. "Tim" Wolf's Obituary
Timothy A. “Tim” Wolf, age 61, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 21, 2024, in Monroe County. He was born on January 14, 1963, in Grand Haven, MI to Addison and Doris (Rider) Wolf. Right after high school Tim obtained a CDL license and began driving truck, a career that would span over 43 years for companies such as Verplank Trucking, Jackson-Merkey Contractors and most recently, Wadel Stabilization. On June 21, 2003, Tim married Michelle Jibson, a relationship that spanned over 26 years together.
Tim’s life was a culmination of unwavering love for his family, serving others, and a strong faith. He was a simple man, who enjoyed the simple things in life. He enjoyed being outdoors and spending time in the U.P. He had a strong work ethic and would do whatever he could to provide for his family. Tim had a servant’s heart and would drop everything to help a family member, a friend, or even a stranger; his joy was serving others. Tim’s heart of a servant reflected the love and compassion of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Tim will be dearly missed by his wife, Michelle; children, Tim Wolf Jr., Brooke (Steve Tamayo) Wolf, Arielle Jibson, Ryan Wolf and Molly Wolf; grandchildren, Aiden Wolf, Stella Tamayo and Athena Tamayo; sisters, Susan Wolf, Debbie (Ron) Wolf-Bower, and Anita (Larry) Hawley; brothers, Marv Wolf, Bob (Barb) Wolf, Pat (Penny) Wolf and Jim (Julia) Wolf; several nieces, nephews and cousins; best friends, Ken Oja and Rick Zambon; and his loyal furry companion, Ralph. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Vaunetta Shumake; and brother, Jerry Wolf.
VISITATION with the family will take place 5-8 PM on Monday, October 28, 2024, at The Journey Community Church (5660 S. Quarterline Rd., Muskegon, MI 49444) and FUNERAL SERVICE 11 AM on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Robinson Baptist Church (12011 120th Ave., Grand Haven, MI 49417).
