Timothy L. Cannady's Obituary
Mr. Timothy L. Cannady, age 50, passed away unexpectedly Saturday afternoon, July 25, 2009 at his home. Tim was born January 12, 1959 to Ernie and Ida (Smith) Cannady in Muskegon, and lived most of his life in the Muskegon and Holton areas. He worked for several years at Sealed Power, and enjoyed almost everything involving cars. He loved drag-racing, collecting automotive tools, snowplowing, and working on cars and engines. Tim married Regine A. Cassau in July of 1977, and she survives him along with 4 children, Leslie (Chris) Hadix, Michael (Kristy) Cannady, Kayleigh Cannady, Kyle Cannady, all of Holton; 5 grandchildren, Lucas Hadix, Nathan Cannady, Hannah Hadix, Layla Cannady, Leah Hadix; 2 brothers, Michael (Lauren) Cannady of Boulder, CO, Dan (Donna) Cannady of Twin Lake. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 grandson, Alex Hadix; and a half-brother, Albert Hitchcock. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Cornerstone Free Methodist Church, 8833 Holton Rd., with Pastor David E. Gruber officiating.
