Titus Milton Knight's Obituary
Mr. Titus M. Knight, age 83, departed this life peacefully at his home on Friday, May 07, 2021. Titus was born on August 01, 1937 to the union of Ephraim Knight and Isabella Simmons in Yazoo County, MS. He was well known as the candy man in the neighborhood and enjoyed sharing candy with others and being around his brothers and friends. Titus accepted Christ at an early age, and he was a member of Spring Street Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Dwayne Banks and was a faithful member on the usher board. He graduated from Linwood High School in MS. Titus leaves to cherish in memories his children; Zina Knight, Jennifer Knight, Latrice Knight all of Muskegon, MI; one sister, Alfreda Ratiliff of MS; special cousins, Roosevelt Knight and Sandra Allen of Muskegon, MI; a host of cousins, relatives, and friends. Titus was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Knight; daughter, Vallaire Knight; and great grandson, Dre’Von Knight. A VISITATION for Titus will be held from 10AM-12PM on Friday, May 21, at City of Love Ministries, 1084 Allen Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442 prior to services. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks will be required. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held at 12:00PM with Pastor Kevin McCloud Jr., officiating. BURIAL will be at Restlawn Cemetery, 1400 Kenneth St, Muskegon, MI 49442. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the family.
