Ms. Tracey L. FitzPatrick age 37, passed away at her home on January 31, 2010. She was born on October 28, 1972 to Michael FitzPatrick and Sharon Worth in Muskegon. Tracey was an artist and loved music but most importantly loved her son, Sam and God. Her memory will be cherished by: her son, Sam Chittenden of Spring Lake; mother, Sharon Worth of Nunica; father, Michael (Maxine) FitzPatrick of Ocala, FL; Mike (Lynne) Chittenden of Spring Lake; brothers, Paul and Daniel; many aunts, uncles and cousins; special friend, Robert Fitzgerald and feline soulmate, Chloe. She was preceded in death by grandparents, LaVerne and Hazel Broadbent, Paul and Dorothy FitzPatrick; and great aunt and uncle, Beatrice and John (Papa) Ryan. MEMORIAL SERVICE will be 1PM Saturday, February 6, 2010 at The Sytsema Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210 with Pastor John H. Brown officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
