Mrs. Tressa S. Anderson's Obituary
Mrs. Tressa S. Anderson, age 95, passed away March 26, 2012. She was born in Muskegon, January 14, 1917 to John C. and Selma (Schwuchow) Workman. Tressa was a lifelong resident of Muskegon. She married Malcolm T. Anderson on November 26, 1936 and they enjoyed 57 years of marriage before he passed away in 1993. Tressa enjoyed traveling, gardening and square dancing; however, most of all she enjoyed her family. She is SURVIVED by her children, Thomas M. Anderson, David (Wanda) Anderson, Gerald (Sandy) Anderson, Lynn (Gary) Chastain; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Emma Jean Olson, Betty Cota. Along with her husband, Malcolm, Tressa was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Marlene Anderson; brothers, Clarence, James, Henry and Egner Workman. with Pastor John H. Brown officiating. A time of VISITATION with the family will be 1 hour prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers you may make a memorial contribution to the Christian Care Building Fund or American Heart Association.
