Valerie C. Tullis, age 68, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025, in Muskegon, MI. She was born to Clifford and Dorothy (Newburn) Tullis on October 20, 1956, in Muskegon, MI. Valerie was known for reading, gaming with her grandchildren, doing puzzles, connecting with family and also showed great care for others. She is survived by her children: Cirila (Paul) Phillips, Justin (Lila) Geissinger, Kayli (Kirk) Taylor; grandchildren: Kaelyn, Patrick, Hunter, Carter, Zander, Kyler, Noah, Freya and 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She is preceded in death by her parents: Clifford and Dorothy NewBurn; niece, Rachael Hall and stepmother, Ruth Tullis.
