Vern was a wonderful memory during my life whenever I thought of my high school years. Had I only known that he attended Edgewood. I attend Dr Martin Luther Lutheran a few miles down Airline, but haven't been there for over a year (Covid). Vern was the nicest kid at Muskegon High. We both served in the Fifth Infantry in 'Nam. I didn't know that either. His photo is spot on. Dig out his old '63 Big Red Year Book and it is amazing that other than a few adult acquired pounds he looks exactly as I remember him.
