Vincent J. "Vinny" Homan's Obituary
Mr. Vincent J. “Vinny” Homan, age 55, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2009. He was born in Muskegon on July 25, 1954 to Arthur and Jacqueline (Reilly) Homan. A graduate of Reeths Puffer, Vince was a high school track, baseball and football standout. He married the former Robin Frausto in El Paso, TX on April 17, 1976. They recently celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary. Following in his father’s footsteps, Vince received a journeyman’s license in sheet metal fabrication and spent most of his 30 plus year career employed at Bauer Sheet Metal. Vince enjoyed watching sports with his wife, taking walks and going to parks with his 2 grandchildren, trapping squirrels and chipmunks, golfing, and building and racing stock cars. SURVIVORS include: his wife, Robin; 2 daughters, Nicole (Mark) Juba of Lancaster, PA and Shawna (Clint) Richmond of Punta Gorda, FL; 2 grandchildren, Savannah Richmond and Benedict Juba; his mother, Jacqueline Homan of Muskegon; 2 sisters, Lana (Max) Ego of Muskegon and Dorothy Krafinski of Indianapolis, IN; 1 brother, Brett (Lettie) Homan of San Antonio, TX; and, 7 nephews and 5 nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur and brother, Rocky. The FUNERAL SERVICE will be held Thursday 11:00 a.m. at

VISITATION will be Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a contribution to a charity of your choice will be appreciated.
