Mrs. Virginia L. Dykstra's Obituary
Mrs. Virginia L. Dykstra, age 73, passed away Friday morning, June 9, 2017 at her home. She was born June 22, 1943 in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. She was retired from PNC, enjoyed sewing and going to the casino, but mostly loved being with her grandchildren. On December 3, 1960 Virginia married Leonard D. Dykstra, and he survives her along with 2 children, David (Judith) Dykstra and Diane Wiggers; 4 grandchildren, Barb, Zach, David and Autumn; 1 great-grandchild Paige; 1 brother, Michael (Ann) Peklar; 1 sister, Salinda Seymour; 4 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudy and Barbara (Wright) Peklar and son-in-law, Raymond Wiggers. The memorial service for Mrs. Dykstra will be held Friday, June 16, at 11:00 AM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231) 798-1100, with Pastor Joe Lane officiating.
