Virginia L. Bugai (Kissel)'s Obituary
Mrs. Virginia L. Bugai, age 86, passed away Friday evening, June 5, 2009 in Muskegon. She was born July 28, 1922 to Royal J. and Viola M. (Dickman) Sauers in Ludington, and lived most of her life in the Muskegon area. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Virginia married Edward W. Kissel on April 12, 1931 in Ludington. He preceded her in death on September 8, 1968. She later married William C. Bugai on March 8, 1969, and he preceded her in death on April 23, 2005. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Daniel (Marjorie) Kissel of Muskegon, David (Dolly) Kissel of Pentwater, Mary Ann (Terry) Reynolds of Muskegon; 1 daughter-in-law, Shirley Ann Kissel of Muskegon; 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by 1 son, William “Bill” Kissel on November 9, 1999; her parents; 3 brothers and 4 sisters. THE MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 11, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, with the Rev. Fr. Michael Olson presiding. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the mass at church.
