Virginia M. Norton's Obituary
Mrs. Virginia M. Norton, age 86, passed away Monday, December 28, 2009 in Lexington, KY. Mrs. Norton was born September 1, 1923 to Nicholas and Bessie (Morsink) Buining in Grand Rapids, MI. On January 31, 1944 she married Lyle L. Norton in Hammond, LA and he preceded her in death on April 8, 2008. She was a longtime member of First Christian Reformed Church where she served in the Ladies Aid Society. Virginia loved to travel with Lyle and together they took their motor home to many destinations in the United States and were members of several travel clubs. She is SURVIVED by her sons, James (Sheryl) Norton of Lexington, KY and David (Judy) Norton of Muskegon; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Roger (Mary Jane) Buining of Sun City, AZ; and sister, Eleanor VanderMey of Muskegon.
