Virginia Rood DePeuter's Obituary
Mrs. Virginia Rood “Ginger” DePeuter, age 92, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 21, 2010, in Spring Lake Twp. She was born January 17, 1918 in Muskegon to Louis and Blanche (Rood) Morse and has been a lifelong resident of the area. Ginger was preceded in death by her husband, Len DePeuter, who passed away on November 16, 1979. Prior to her retirement, Ginger worked her entire career as a bank teller for Hackley Bank in Muskegon. Ginger loved nature, the out-of-doors and gardening. She had a special fondness for dogs. Her family and friends will warmly remember the unconditional love and giving personality that made her so special. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal visitation or funeral service. Arrangements by The Sytsema Chapel
