Mr. Vivian "Pat" Edmond Mulready's Obituary
Pat Edmond Mulready age 85, passed away on April 1, 2014. Pat was born on February 22, 1929 to Frances and Inez Mulready. Pat married his first wife Constance in 1953 and together they were blessed with 3 children. Pat worked for Muskegon Fire Department 36 years before retiring in the early 1980s. Sadly in 1995, his first wife Constance passed away. In 2004, he married the former Janet Scholl and they enjoyed almost 10 years of marriage together. He was a member of the Muskegon Eagles 668, and Muskegon Firefighters IAFF Local 370. Pat enjoyed bowling, hunting, shooting pool, traveling and being around his family. He was a loyal, strong-willed, social butterfly who will be deeply missed. SURVIVORS include his wife Janet; children, Karen (Anthony) Blais, Patrick (Geralyn) Mulready and Kathy (Howard) Usher; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren with one along the way; 5 step-children; brothers, Michael (Helen), Joseph and Philip Mulready; sisters, Margaret (Stanley) Mathews and Kathryn Heilman; many nieces and nephews; and special friends Danny and Kim Alviar. He was preceded in death by his first wife Constance; brothers Frances and John Mulready; and sister, Mary Hecker. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 11am on Monday April 7, 2014 at The Walburn Chapel 1547 W. Sherman Blvd 231-759-8565 with Rev. John Brown officiating. VISITATION will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 1pm-4pm.Memorial contributions can be made to the Muskegon Firefighters IAFF Local 370.
