Mrs. Vivienne Elouise Moblo's Obituary
Mrs. Vivienne Elouise Moblo, age 83, passed away Friday morning April 5, 2013. She was born December 20, 1929 in Muskegon to George and Gertrude (Martin) Wickstrom. Vivienne worked for the State of Michigan for 20 years before retiring in 1993, and also belonged to the Retired State Employees group. She had a passion for music and sang at many weddings. Vivienne was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. On May 7, 1949 she married her 4th grade sweetheart, Jack A. Moblo in Muskegon and he survives her along with 8 children, Daniel (Suzanne) Moblo, Mark (Helen) Moblo both of Muskegon, Michelle (Richard) Lavery of N. Muskegon, Annette (Louis) Arcioni of Melbourne, FL, John (Marsha) Moblo of Missouri, Bernadette Ryan of N. Muskegon, Mary Ann (Donn) Wishka of Maryland, Martin Moblo of Muskegon; 21 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter; brother, George Wickstrom of Muskegon; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, James; 3 brothers, Richard, William, and John Wickstrom. A MEMORIAL MASS will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, April 11, 2013, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Philip P. Salmonowicz presiding. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service in Marian Chapel. Inurnment will take place in Lakeside Cemetery.
