Mr. Walter John Henion's Obituary
Mr. Walter John Henion, age 80, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018. Wally was born January 3, 1938 in Caledonia, MI to Tunis and Margaret (Olthouse) Henion. He served his country in the Army National Guard. On July 13, 1957 Wally married the former Jean Carolyn Visser and she survives him. He had worked as a self-employed floor covering installer for more than 40 years, and prior to that, he had worked with Seehok and Collee floor covering. Wally enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to Jean, his wife of 61 years, he is survived by his children, Pam and Teresa; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Morey; and several nieces and nephews. Wally was preceded in death by his son, Randy; brother, Bill; and his parents. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services. Please sign Wally’s online guest book at www.sytsemafh.com.
