Walter Henry Salisbury, Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Walter Henry Salisbury, Sr., age 92, passed away December 20, 2005. He is SURVIVED by his wife of 28 years, Betty (Bolser) Salisbury; children, Walter Henry, Jr. (Bernice) of Hesperia, David (Patricia) of Otsego, Dale (Bethann) of Grant, FL, Jill Carron of Grand Haven; daughter-in-law, Maryann of Hudsonville; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; in-laws, Erna Tennant, Ruth Moore and Warren Zellar; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Salisbury was preceded in death by his wife, Marie (Weller) Salisbury in 1973 and sisters, Gertrude, Alice, Eva and Ruth. He was retired from Johnson Products and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 2 PM Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Dennis L. Lassanske officiating. VISITATION will be from 6-8 PM Thursday at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. 231 759-8565. Burial will be in Fruitport Township Cemetery. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church General Fund.
