Wanda Lee Flermoen's Obituary
Wanda Lee Flermoen age 76, passed away November 29, 2016 at the Poppen Residence. She was born on December 2, 1939 to Frank and Cornelia (Berghuis) Bowman in Muskegon. Wanda was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Muskegon and Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Port Charlotte, FL. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, baking and knitting. On March 24, 1962 she married Ernest Flermoen and he survives her along with 5 children; Renee Flermoen, Debra (Tim) Workman, Mark (Therese) Flermoen, Scott Flermoen and Erik Flermoen; 6 grandchildren, Heather, Joshua, Jamie, Jennifer, Rebecca and Kristina; 6 great-grandchildren, Riley, Hailey, Emma, Blake, Izyk, Ian and sister, Nancy Fleckenstein. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Beverly Hartman and brother, Butch Bowman. FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Immanuel Lutheran Church (930 Creston St.) with Pastor Jack Ferra officiating. VISTATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS can be directed to the church. Burial will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
