Wanda Edna Ogden's Obituary
Ms. Wanda Edna Ogden, age 81, passed away Tuesday evening, November 1, 2011. She was born September 1, 1930 in Muskegon to Harry and Edna (Robinson) Temple and had been a life resident of the area. Wanda was a master garage saler, who could find hidden treasures anywhere. Her sense of humor was boundless, along with her love of QVC, LOL. She opened her home and heart to many people, and her grandchildren were the loves of her life. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Belinda (Jeff) Buck, Kelly (Larry) Visconti both of North Muskegon, William “Bogie” (Stacie) Ogden, II of Spring Lake; special third daughter, Judy Dodge; 9 grandchildren, Justin (Louann) Visconti, Anthony and Rachel Visconti, Alexis (Todd) Robinson, Chelsea Buck, Kalia (Ken) Patricio, Jack, Sam, and Sydney Ogden; 4 great-grandchildren, Kendalle, Cru, Cambell, and Harper; 4 brothers, Lenz Temple, Gary (Ella) Temple, Harry (Joyce) Temple, Tex (Linda) Temple; sister, Doreen Melton; sister-in-law, Cecelia Temple; many nieces and nephews; extended family, the Kerrs; and care giver, Donna. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donnie and Dallas Temple; sister, Juan Geisinger; sister-in-law, Marilyn Temple; and brothers-in-law, Robert Geisinger and Guy Melton. The family would also like to give a special thanks to the staff at Harbor Hospice – Poppen Residence for the care they have provided the past couple of weeks. According to her wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, Wanda requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Harbor Hospice – The Poppen Residence.
