Wanda Faye McElrath's Obituary
Mrs. Wanda Faye McElrath, age 69, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2006 at a local hospital. Wanda was born March 11, 1937 to Clyde and Margaret (Sedlar) Hardy in Lansing. She was employed in data entry at Brunswick Corp. for 13 years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of Community United Methodist Church where she was active in member care. Wanda loved life and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing cards, going to yard sales and adored her home. Her SURVIVORS include her children, Joel W. (Denise) McElrath, Lori (Golman) Eslick, Wendi (Rick) Rudholm and Scott P. (Yvonne) McElrath; 7 grandchildren, Camille, Kellen, Kylie, Natasha, Chase, Erika and Avery; her mother, Margaret Hardy; and 2 brothers, Darwin and Gordon Hardy. Wanda was preceded in death by her father, Clyde and brother, Wayne. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 1:00 PM Monday, October 30 at Community United Methodist Church, 1614 Ruddiman Dr. with Pastor Bob Lynch officiating. Interment: Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service at the church. MEMORIAL contributions may be made to Community United Methodist Church.
