Mr. Wayne O. Sanchez I's Obituary
Wayne O. Sanchez I, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. He was born on June 8, 1955 to Arcadio and Lorna (Brishke) Sanchez in Chicago, IL. Wayne was a handyman and a dedicated worker. He loved fishing and camping. Wayne is survived by his parents; wife, Shirley Sanchez; children, Vonnie (Glenn) Cilley, Amy (Ron) Chester, Ernest (Debra) Nicholes, Christina (Josh) Nicholes, Wendy Sanchez, Wayne (Jessica) Sanchez; grandchildren, Micheal (Rachel), Courtney C. (Chris), Jesse, Amanda (Nick), Andrew (Alyssa), Cordell, Cassandra, Marc, Corey, Serenity, Sharlean, Courtney V., Brianna, Cody, Mason; brothers, Rueben Sanchez, Leon Sanchez; sister, Lucy Sanchez-Green-Heyn; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close family friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his son, Wayne Sanchez II, brother-in-law, Delbert Green; parents-in-law, Richard and Lula Drake; many aunts and uncles; and his faithful companion, Cinnamon. A FUNERAL SERVICE for Wayne will be held 1:00 pm Monday, December 14, 2015 at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 E. Apple Ave. (231-726-5210). VISITATION with the family will take place 4-7 pm, Sunday, December 13, 2015 and an hour prior to services. Burial will take place in Restlawn Cemetery.
