Wayne A. Freriks, Jr., age 34, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 28, 2004. Wayne was born on October 16, 1969 to Wayne A. Freriks and Suzanne (Hays) LaMadline in Fremont, MI. He was a member of the Port City Beagle Club, and a proud member of A.A. Prior to an injury, Wayne had been employed as a District Manager for Speedway LLC. On July 16, 1994 he married the former Danielle Lee in Muskegon and she survives him along with 1 son, Joseph Ryan; his mother, Suzanne (Hays) LaMadline and (good friend) Ben Vainavicz; father, Wayne Freriks and step-mother, LeeAnn; twin sisters, Wendi (Shane) Berwald and Kristi Freriks, 1 half sister, Beth Freriks, and 2 half-brothers, Adam Freriks and girlfriend, Sarah Lause and C.J. Freriks; grandmother, Alma Freriks, and grandparents, Bill and Ella Hays; his father and mother in-law, John and Kathleen Lee. Wayne was preceded in death by a grandfather, James Freriks. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Thursday at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Ave., 231-726-5210 with Pastor David Selleck officiating. VISITATION will be 6 – 8 PM Wednesday. MEMORIAL CONTRIBITIONS to Joseph’s (son) College Education Fund, will be appreciated.
