Wesley Doyle Conkle's Obituary
Mr. Wesley Doyle “Wes” Conkle, age 22, died suddenly Tuesday, December 12, 2006. He was born March 21, 1984 in Fremont, MI to Donald and Brenda (Fout) Conkle and lived in the area all of his life. He was employed in construction work for the past 5 years. Wes was an avid basketball player and a fan of Muskegon-area Rap Groups. SURVIVORS include his father and step-mother, Don and Ruby Conkle of White Cloud; his mother and step-father, Brenda Fout and Skip Hall of Twin Lake; 4 brothers, Joshua Palmer, Derrick Conkle, Bernie Carey, John Murphy; 2 sisters, Natasha Fout and Kate Smith; grandparents, Alice Fitzgerald, Don Conkle, Sr., Rev. Bernie and Karen Allison, and Harold and Shirley Puffer; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Elijah James Conkle in 2003, 2 brothers, Adam Palmer and Paul Fout, 1 sister, Rebecca Davis and Grandpa Bill Fitzgerald. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held 4-7 PM Saturday, December 16, 2006 at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Avenue, (231) 726-5210.
