Wesley Lewis Easterly's Obituary
On Sunday, July 2, 2006, God opened his arms and said, “Wesley, come unto Me, your work is done. It is time for you to become one of my guardian angels.”
Wesley Lewis Easterly was born to Lewis “Mac” and Rhea (Perrin) Easterly October 27, 1929. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. Betty Schrier and Wesley were joined in matrimony on June 22, 1957. They had been married 49 years at the time of her death on August 19, 2003.
Survivors include daughter Kathie (Mike) Whalen of Grand Haven; son Edward (Linda) Lemke of Alabama; grandson Kyle L. (Cecli) Whalen; brother William (Lois) Easterly of Texas; nieces and nephews, and special friend Ms. Gerri Clink. He was preceded in death by a nephew.
The service for Mr. Easterly will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Rev. Leonard Sudlik as celebrant. Memorials to Ft.
