Willam R. Radakovitz's Obituary
Mr. William Roger Radakovitz, age 76, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Mercy Hospital. He was born February 9, 1940 in Muskegon to William R. and Mary (Elko) Radakovitz and had been a life resident of the area. Bill had been a teacher for 28 years, primarily for the Reeths-Puffer School District in Twin Lake, prior to his retirement in 1990. Bill loved telling stories, talking about history and trivia in general. He enjoyed staying active and taking long walks with his family. On December 7, 1999, he married the former Marlene J. Fodrocy in Montague and she survives him along with 2 children Shelli (Tagg) Doll of Lansing and Mike (Denise) Radakovitz of Holland; 3 step-children, Brenda (Joel) Rasdall of Wyoming, MI, Steve Czinder of Muskegon and Phillip Czinder and friend, Lynne Ackerberg, of Comstock Park, MI; 9 grandchildren, Alex, Owen, Hadley, Siena, Nicholas, Evan, Dominic, Jade and Korbyn; 1 brother, Robert (Laurie) Radakovitz of Grand Haven and 1 sister, Karen (Jon) Holman of Allendale; Aunts Julia and Virginia; and the mother of his children, Bonnie Radakovitz. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. A Private Family Memorial Service will be held.
