Rachel and the entire Balcom family: I feel terrible for the situation you are having to endure. My heart empathatically breaks for you, for I have also lost both of my grandfathers. Please know that I am praying strongly for you. Love you Rachel! Your old friend, Christie M.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm new to the neighborhood but I was looking forward to summer day outside visiting with him. He was a great man.
RIP cuz.

I will miss that infectious smile. Praying for strength and comfort for the family.
Dear Balcom family. We loved being your dads Neighbor. He was always so kind and helpful. The neighbor hood won’t be the same with out him. I will most definitely miss his waves too me when I would pass him everyday. The Scott Family
Dear Balcom Family, my heart is broken, Bill was like a second father to me growing up, the memories I have at your house growing up will never be forgotten, lately I travel back there a lot, it’s the only place that makes sense any more. Nanny & Bill Bill we’re beautiful people, I remember lots of laughs there!! I never heard a cross word by Nan or Bill to any of us kids. They were so good to us. I am so sorry for your loss, I know it’s hard, but I see both them together arm & arm smiling with so much warmth. & peace now that they are together, with Grandma Brown & Balcom watching over them. He gives me peace. I love you all💔😢😢❤️❤️
