William "Bill" A. Krehn's Obituary
William “Bill” Anthony Krehn, age 90, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022. He was born on December 30, 1931, to William F. and Margaret (Bisson) Krehn in Fruitport, MI. Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. On June 1, 1957, he married the former Jeanette Kordecki, and they spent 64 loving years together. Bill was the owner of Bill’s Truck and Tractor. The love of tractors was more than a profession for Bill. He loved to collect old tractors, visit antique tractor shows, and he was a member of the Antique Farm Power Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and most of all spending time with his family and grandkids. Throughout his life Bill was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was a life member of VFW Post #3734. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette Krehn; children, Ron (Annette) Krehn, John (Julie) Krehn, Laura (David) Reed; special sister-in-law, Mary Anna (Jim) Kotecki; grandchildren, Nathan, Cody (Brittany), Caleb (Audrie), Maria (Gene), Steven (Amanda), Kevin (Wendy), Christina (Rob); eight great-grandchildren; and sister, Carol Krehn. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Rich, Tom, Margaret, Kenny, Rosemary; and great-grandchild, Jordan. VISITATION with Bill’s family will take place on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 5:30 – 7:30 pm, with a ROSARY SERVICE to be prayed at 5:00 PM at The Lee Chapel of The Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St. Norton Shores, MI 49444. A FUNERAL MASS will take place on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (150 E. Summit Ave.) at 11:00 AM with a VISITATION taking place an hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
