William A. Davis' Obituary
Mr. William A. Davis, age 67, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2015 in Muskegon. He was born on April 6, 1948 in Muskegon to Richard and Shirley (Helman) Davis and was a lifelong resident of this area. In 2001, Bill married the former Arnetta Decker. Bill was an Army Veteran and had served in Vietnam. He was a member of the West Michigan Street Rod Association, Muskegon Conservation Club, and the Muskegon VFW. Bill enjoyed NASCAR, but foremost was always his family. He will be missed, never forgotten and always loved. SURVIVORS include his wife Arnetta; children, Brian, Mindy, Megan, Jason (Mindy) Decker, Laura (John) Ingersoll and Daniel (Kasi) Decker; 3 grandchildren, Emma, Nathan and Storm; sisters, Lou (Tom) Weed and Charlene (Darryl) Taulbee; brother, Mike Davis. Bill is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11AM Thursday, October 29, 2015 at The Lee Chapel 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 with Pastor Harvey Hertz officiating. Military rights will be offered through the Muskegon County Council. VISITATION will be held on Wednesday from 5-8PM.
