William J. Gilmore's Obituary
William J. “Bill” Gilmore, age 62, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017. He was born in Shelby, MI to Joseph and Stacle (Shaffer) Gilmore Sr. Bill was a graduate of Whitehall High School in 1974. Prior to 2016, he worked as a supervisor at BMC in Muskegon Heights. On October 16, 1998 he married Ruth Starr and she survives him along with 5 children, Curtis (Jolene) Gilmore, Daniel Gilmore, Jason Gilmore, Travis (Heather) Lake, Natalie (Chris) Lake; 9 grandchildren; brother, Joseph (Cam) Gilmore Jr., and sister, Nancy (Ken) VanDyke. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. A gathering for friends and family will be held at the Gilmore house on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 1PM to 5PM.
