Mr. William Hlodan's Obituary
Mr. William Hlodan, age 85, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 9, 2012 at his home. Mr. Hlodan was born October 11, 1926 to William and Pauline (Luczkow) Hlodan in Mount Pleasant, MI. He served his country in the US Marines during WWII. On May 18, 1946 he married the former Betty J. Charron. He was employed at SD Warren until his retirement in 1989. Mr. Hlodan leaves behind his wife of 66 years and 4 children, Linda (Bill) Kriesel of Muskegon, William G. Hlodan of Muskegon, Sue Loy of Whitehall, Debra Hlodan of Muskegon; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Tim Boersema and son-in-law, Doug Loy. We are respecting Mr. Hlodan’s wishes and will not be having a service for him.
